Delivery Information

We are unable to guarantee specific delivery time slots except in the case of funeral flower deliveries and also deliveries to work addresses. For any flowers delivered for funerals we would need to know the time of the funeral. For any orders beign delivered to work addresses we would need to know the start and finishe times of the recipient to make sure that they were delivered on time. If the recipient is out when the delivery is made, the flowers are generally left with a neighbour and a calling card posted through the recipients door to let them know where the flowers have been left.

Same Day local deliveries

We offer a same day delivery for our local delivery area (see map). As long as we have your order by 3:30pm we can guarantee your delivery for the same day. Any orders received after this time, we will try our best to deliver the same day but cannot guarantee. All prices are inclusive of delivery charge and VAT.

Nationwide deliveries

For our nationwide delivery service (see map) all orders need to be received by 3:30pm for the next day delivery (Monday - Friday). Any orders received after this time will be delivered the day after. Unfortunately at this time we cannot offer deliveries on Saturday, Sunday and Bank or Public holidays. We regret that we cannot offer same day delivery on these items. All prices are inclusive of delivery and VAT.

Same Day Nationwide deliveries

As a member of Teleflorist, we are able to offer a nationwide same day delivery service, guaranteed, if your order is received by us by 12:00pm (excluding peak times).
