  • If you would like to know more about an individual design, it couldn't be easier. Just click on the image or the 'more info' button. A larger image will be displayed along with a more detail description of the design.

Availability and Substitution

All of our designs on this website have been created by our artistic florists using only the highest quality of fowers and sundries. On occasion we may run out of a particular sundry item or flower due to availability. When this happens we will substitute a similar sundry item or flower of equal or greater value. But rest assured, if this happens our florists will recreate the flower image you have chosen based on its size, shape and colour. If you have chosen a design with only a single variety of flower, the variety will take preference over the colour.

Guarantee

We pride ourselves on quality. Quality of flower and quality of service. That is why we only deliver fresh flower of the highest quality and we will do our utmost to fufil you requirements. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us immediately and we will endeavour to rectify this as soon as possible, usually within 2 working days, where possible.

Privacy

The information that we ask you for is information that we use to process your order and give you the best possible service. Your personal details will not be disclosed to any outside source and we will not email in the future unless we have your consent. Once your order has been processed, we do not retain any of your credit card details.

Payment

All prices are in UK Pound Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT. Payment is required in full when you place your order with us. We accept all major credit cards. Rest assured that when you place an order with us all details are kept strictly confidential. We do not disclose any personal information to any outside sources. Once your order has been processed, we do not retain any of your credit card details, so they will always be requested every time you place an order with us, whether you are an existing customer or a new one.
